It’s been a while!!

So, today’s blog is about “Try-It Week in 2024”!!!

This year, we held Try-It Week again, and two second-year boys from a local junior high school came to participate.

Day one started with a company introduction to Nanba Kogyo and a lecture about the construction industry 🧑🏻‍🏫

On the second and third days, we had the opportunity to experience scaffolding assembly and insulation work!

I was surprised at how well both of them did, considering it was their first time! 😮

Ultimately, they were able to install all the piping themselves! 👏🏻

On the fourth day, we went on a company visit tour!

Just like last year, we visited Kimura Kogyo Co., Ltd., a company we work with professionally. 🙇🏻

Both of them were very interested and listened attentively! 😆

And then... on the final day, as is customary, we made dustpans out of sheet metal and gave them to take home as souvenirs!

They designed and made the handles themselves ⚒️

Despite struggling a bit, they ended up with original dustpans ✨

Both of them worked incredibly hard this past week 😊

I think they were able to experience both the challenges and joys of work through the “Try-It Week.”

And most importantly, we employees also learned a lot from interacting with the students,

I believe it was a week in which we all grew together 🙆🏻

This year, the students made their own lunches every day!!!
