    Job Description
    • Insulation construction staff, site supervisor, and construction manager
      You will be responsible for insulation work and sheet metal work for [gas pipes / water supply pipes / air conditioning piping / sanitary equipment piping] in [buildings / condominiums / large commercial facilities / plants] mainly in Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture. This is rewarding work that protects people's living infrastructure and the global environment.

    [Site supervisor and construction manager] Age limit: 64 or younger, Education: High school graduate or above, Skills: Excel / Word

    Job Description
    • Sales Staff (New Business)
      Our work is the “thermal insulation construction business,” in which insulation materials are installed on piping, ducts, and other parts of factories and buildings.
      ○Customer development・・・Develop new customers and create contact points with potential clients through exhibitions, company visits, and telephone sales. Also maintain relationships with existing customers
      ○Quotation preparation and negotiation・・・Prepare detailed quotations based on customer needs, and negotiate prices and construction schedules with customers
      ○Contracts and follow-up・・・After a contract is concluded, manage the schedule until the construction is completed and maintain close coordination with the customer. Also responsible for after-sales follow-up after construction completion

    Job Description
    • [Thermal Insulation Construction Site Staff]
      This job involves installing insulation and soundproofing materials on tanks, piping, and other equipment in buildings and factories.
      By attaching thermal insulation and cold insulation materials to ducts that deliver heated or cooled air produced by air conditioning and heating/cooling equipment, air can be delivered while maintaining a constant temperature.
      This type of insulation work is our job.
      There is also factory work at our own factory where various products are manufactured using sheet metal.
