I first encountered the thermal insulation construction industry in my mid-teens and at the age of 27 founded Namba Industry Co.,Ltd.

I was convinced that my youth would be a great weapon in the heat insulation industry, which is said to be one of the construction industries with a rapidly shrinking population, and I am still running with the idea that I will lead the younger generation in the industry.

We have made no compromises in creating an environment that allows us to hire more young staff and turn them into ready-to-work professionals, and we are building a vibrant organization that leverages the power of young people.

We are also actively hiring foreign technical intern trainees.
This is because we are considering the possibility of bringing back to their home countries the skills they learned in Japan and developing win-win relationships in their countries when we expand our business overseas in the future.
